All products made by Cranki Patisserie are subject to the following terms and conditions.
2. Ordering and Payments
All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
Pricing for products are as listed on our website. Our prices may change without notice, but you will be charged the price in effect, at the time of placing your order.
We accept payments as described in our website’s ordering system. Alternative payments can be arranged upon request. Payment must be made in full before your order can be processed.
3. Delivery and Pickup
If you opt to pick up your order, please follow our listed timing windows, and store location. We will not be held responsible for any damage or quality issues with any products after once the order has been collected.
If you opt for delivery by our third party courier, we will make reasonable effort to arrange for your order to be delivered on the specified date, and within the specified timing window. However, delivery times may vary, and we are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your order up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time for a full refund. Cancellations made after this time may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will be issued in accordance with our refund policy below:
- Products damaged after pick up are not eligible for a refund.
- Refunds can be issued in either cash terms, or equivalent store credit.
- Refunds will be issued either terms, subject to our decision.
- Do take pictures of any damages or issues with the products as received for reference.
5. Quality and Satisfaction
We aim to provide high-quality products. If you are dissatisfied with your order in any way, please contact us within one hour of receiving it, and we will do our best to resolve it.
6. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions
All of our products may contain trace amounts of allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, etc., if not otherwise stated in the product page. Please contact us to clarify if you are unsure of which products are suitable for your consumption.
7. Privacy and Data
Personal information, such as your name, email address, phone numbers, and addresses will be collected when you place an order.
Collected personal information will only be used for store-related activities, e.g. newsletter, order tracking.
Payment information is handled by our third party payment vendor, who securely processes your transactions with us.
We will not disclose your personal information to third parties for profit. We may disclose part of it with trusted service providers such as couriers or payment vendors, who are obligated to maintain your confidentiality and security.
